Piramal Vaikunth and Piramal Aranya to be Showcased at Times Property Expo, Kenya
Piramal Realty, the real estate development arm of Piramal Group, will be providing a unique platform for Indian investors in Kenya by showcasing two of its signature residential projects in Mumbai, Piramal Vaikunth and Piramal Aranya.
Piramal Realty is participating at the Times Property Expo, Kenya that is being hosted at TRM Convention Centre, Nairobi along with other Indian developers.
Sharing his views on this latest initiative by Piramal Realty, Anand Piramal, Executive Director, Piramal Group said, “Piramal Realty aspires to build properties that represent world-class standards of customer centricity, architectural design and quality. We are seeing a lot of interest and renewed investor confidence in the Indian real estate market from the NRI community in Kenya. This augurs well for us to participate in important international property fairs as it provides a unique experiential platform to showcase our marquee projects.
Piramal Vaikunth, one of the projects exhibited at the expo by Piramal Realty is a natural and holistic living residential complex at Balkum, Thane. Situated in the peripheries of metropolitan Mumbai, this is a mixed-use project designed by HOK, the #1 ranked architecture and engineering firm by Engineering News-Record and Architectural Record.
This residential complex is spread over 32 acres, features high-rises, townhouses and world-class facilities. The development intends to provide residents with an ISKCON temple, a retail boulevard, a community center, multi-purpose badminton and basketball courts, squash courts, swimming pools, mini cricket ground, state-of-art gymnasium, cafes and restaurants, convenience stores, guest suites and banquet halls.
Phase I of the project received positive and encouraging response; with over 100 units sold within three hours and 30% of this inventory sold out on the launch day itself. Following the successful Phase I launch; Piramal Realty launched Phase II of Piramal Vaikunth and introduced two towers – Vahin and Vrisa in June 2016. Both towers are positioned directly in front of the clubhouse and also offer panoramic views of Thane creek and neighbouring hills.
Piramal Realty will also exhibit its signature project Piramal Aranya at the property expo. Piramal Aranya is situated in Byculla in South Mumbai, which is home to several heritage buildings and boasts of beautiful tree-lined avenues. The residential skyscraper, which will be home to Mumbai’s elite, will be amongst the tallest buildings in the city of Mumbai; adjacent to the iconic 150-year-old Byculla zoo.
Piramal Aranya is currently offering luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom residences ranging from 1300 square feet to 2600 square feet (carpet area). The residential complex’s design is contemporary yet classical. Sophisticated landscape, private residences, dual aspect homes with light, space and ventilation, community spaces and outdoor terraces are artfully enhanced by rich and luxurious materials. International project partners include: Make Architects – UK-based Principal architects, Hirsch Bedner – USA for interior design, BuroHappold – for structure and MEP design and EDSA – landscape architect.
