Oregon: Stop sending out oil by rail

Oregon wants to hit the brakes on trains carrying dangerous petroleum through its state. Although there were no injuries, the incident triggered oil to spill into the river and the fire compelled homeowners of Mosier, Oregon to evacuate their houses for days.
