NY regulator requests details from Goldman about Malaysian fund-source

The New york city State Department of Financial Solutions (NYDFS), in a letter sent out late Thursday, asked Goldman for a report on its in-house investigation into the matter, in addition to others by U.S. and foreign regulatory authorities, stated the individual, who was not authorized to publicly go over the matter.
