(“Xun Cheng“), which operates the Company’s online education platform, Koolearn.com, has submitted an application for the listing and open transfer of the shares of Xun Cheng on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (the “NEEQ”) in the PRC. The listing application is subject to review and approval of authorities. New Oriental plans to continue to consolidate the financial results of Xun Cheng after the listing.
