Management Concepts Announces Sponsorship of NAPA “Changing the Culture of Government” Event

This morning event will consist of a panel discussion and keynote address on organizational culture, which is built through shared learning and mutual experience. This forum will help define problems, challenges, and goals currently affecting the Federal government. Attendees will to learn how to translate values into specific expected behaviors so that new behavioral “norms” are reached and re-enforced – allowing real culture change to take place.
