LYFE Kitchen Introduces New Mobile App with Remote Ordering Capabilities and Rewards Program

This month it is launching the second phase of its technology innovations with the release of its new mobile app. The new app’s features include the added convenience of remote ordering from any location, and the integration of the Olo platform with a new mobile app through Punchh, one of the restaurant industry’s leading mobile loyalty and insights platforms. With Punchh, the app allows for native, in-app ordering and will support a generous customer loyalty program to reward guests who visit LYFE Kitchen. The app also features original blog content and news of LYFE Kitchen happenings that will reach users through push notifications and e-blasts.

The digital rollouts aim to improve LYFE’s online customer experience, and are the next stage of growth following its successful opening of four new restaurants this year including a location in Chicago’s Gold Coast, one in Memphis, Tenn. and two California locations in Playa Vista and Cupertino, totaling 16 restaurants across six states nationwide.

The new LYFE mobile app now allows guests to easily order their favorite items from their smart phone or device while on the go, while also earning rewards points. Additionally, the app makes it easy for guests to track and redeem those loyalty rewards points for free food and drink items, access special cooking tips, receive invitations to LYFE’s special events, browse fun ideas for entertaining guests and more!

The innovation doesn’t stop here. Now available at the Palo Alto and Cupertino restaurants, guests can get their food faster with Apple Pay, making mobile payments secure, quick and convenient. LYFE Kitchen plans to roll-out Apple Pay into all of its restaurants later this year.
