The report evaluated vendors in three contract scenarios; sell-side, buy-side and all contracts, and Icertis was the only vendor to receive a 5.0 in the product strategy criterion in all three scenarios (no other vendor received a 5.0 for product strategy in any of the scenarios). Each criterion was bucketed into three overall categories including Current Offering – which included core functionality, buy-side versus sell-side support, and usability, Strategy – including product strategy in terms of pricing and roadmap, company strategy in terms of target market, and financial resources to support the strategy, and overall Market Presence. To be qualified for evaluation in this report, vendors had to show true CLM functionality, have more than $10 million in CLM revenues, and have clients in multiple industries.
