CollabNet CEO Flint Brenton Appointed to SIIA Software & Services Division Board of Directors

High-caliber software executives will serve on this board to provide the software industry with leadership, advocacy and critical market information and to guide the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA)’s priorities and direction.

In addition to his current position as CEO at CollabNet, he is an operating partner at Vector Capital, the owner of CollabNet, advancing its position as a transformational partner to technology businesses. Mr. Brenton previously served as CEO at AccelOps and Tidal Software and saw both companies thrive under his leadership. Mr. Brenton has helped drive innovation while in other leadership roles in the industry, including at Cisco where he served as senior vice president of engineering for Cisco’s cloud-based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. He has also held key positions at NetIQ, Compaq Computer Corporation, BMC Software and IBM.
