Portelli was most recently Chairman and CEO of CollabNet, the recognized market leader for large-scale distributed software development in the cloud, which he co-founded and led to a private exit. Previously, he led the $500 million product and services divisions of Cadence, and also helped lead Cooper and Chyan to an IPO and $450 million public company acquisition.
